Get the Gift of Warmth (NJNG Customers Only)
Available to New Jersey Natural Gas customers, the Gift of Warmth program is designed to help those who have exhausted all other forms of energy assistance.
Funded by New Jersey Natural Gas and customer donations, those who are experiencing financial difficulties because of illness, high medical expenses, or other unanticipated circumstances may qualify.

LIHWAP – Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program
Available to individual households that pay for their own water and sewer and meet low-income requirements, the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is offered to provide the citizens of NJ the ability to apply for debt relief for their water and sewer utilities.
LIHWAP benefits assist low-income households that are paying a high proportion of their income for drinking water and wastewater services. Eligible applicants will receive a benefit towards paying arrears.
